Changed your mind?

No problem. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you'd like to return it, and then a further 14 days to send it back. Items should come back unused and in their original condition.

You'll need to cover the cost of return postage for a change-of-mind return. Once the item is back with us we'll refund you within 14 days, to the payment method you used at checkout.

Personalised & custom items

Items that have been personalised or made to your own specification - for example products customised with your own text - can't be returned under the usual change-of-mind rules, because they're made just for you. This doesn't affect your rights if the item arrives damaged or faulty.

Damaged or faulty items

If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, we'll put it right - that's a replacement or a full refund, including any return postage. Under the Consumer Rights Act you have 30 days from delivery to reject a faulty item for a full refund. Just email us a quick photo of the problem and we'll take it from there.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@tallcreations.co.uk with your order number (it's on your confirmation email and your order page) and a note of what you'd like to return. We'll reply with the return address and next steps.
