Our products are 3D printed, mainly in PLA - a tough, lightweight, plant-based plastic. It's the same material you'll see across quality 3D printed goods: strong enough for everyday use and available in the bright colours our prints are known for.

Keep prints away from prolonged heat and direct sunlight - a parked car on a summer day is the classic way to warp one. To clean, just wipe with a damp cloth; please don't put them in the dishwasher.

Our products are decorative and fidget items, not certified toys. Many contain small parts, so they're not suitable for children under 3 years old, and younger children should be supervised.

Some products can be personalised right on the product page - where that's available you'll see the customisation options (with a live 3D preview) above the 'Add to Cart' button. For anything more bespoke, email us at hello@tallcreations.co.uk and we'll see what we can do.

Payments are handled by Square, a PCI-compliant payment processor - we accept card and Apple Pay. Your card details go straight from your browser to Square and never touch our servers.

Yes - you've got 14 days from delivery to change your mind on standard items, and damaged or faulty items are always replaced or refunded. Personalised items can only be returned if faulty. Full details on our Returns & Refunds page.

No - you can check out as a guest. Creating an account just makes next time faster and lets you see your order history and leave reviews.
